Jen's Helping Hands
Why we started
When a loved one was diagnosed with Alzheimer's our family found ourselves in need of more support. Additional companionship provided the primary care giver an opportunity to recharge while knowing our loved one was safe and happy.
We also realized how important it is for loved ones to age in place as long as possible. Additional assistance in the home enables aging in place to happen safely.
About Jen
A graduate from Penn State University, Jen obtained her CNA certification and opened Jen's Helping Hands as a Home Care Agency licensed in WA.
While raising her family, she worked as a personal trainer and yoga instructor in her spare time, finding chair yoga at Mt Si Senior Center extremely rewarding. Jen currently lives in Snoqualmie and enjoys crocheting, gardening, hiking & yoga.
